Persona Non Grata Policy
FRQTAL reserves the right to accept, block, delete, or deny entry to users who are not welcome to the company.
This process is carried out at the discretion of FRQTAL, and the company reserves the right not to provide explanations to users. Reasons why a user might be affected include:
Non-Compliance with Terms and Conditions: Those who do not comply with the terms and conditions of the service may be blocked or deleted.
Internal Policy for Accepted Profiles Update: Users whose profiles do not align with the internal policies for updates may not be accepted.
Violation of Ethical and Moral Guidelines: Users who somehow violate FRQTAL's ethical and moral guidelines may be subject to blocking.
Legal or Employment Issues with the Company: Individuals who have had significant legal or employment issues with the company, such as unreliable suppliers or employees dismissed for serious reasons, may not be accepted.
Disclosure of Sensitive Information: Those who have disclosed sensitive information about the social, work, or technological functioning of the company may be blocked.
Attempt to Replicate Technological Models: Users attempting to replicate the technological models of our application may be blocked.
Links to Criminal Activities: Users politically exposed or with known links to networks involved in sexual exploitation, drug trafficking, terrorism, or similar criminal activities may not be accepted.
Promotion of Harmful Content: Users promoting harmful content, such as fake product marketing networks, drug use or illegal activities, and promoters of false specialized content, may be blocked.
These users do not need to reproduce such content within the application; if behavior outside the app is detected, we reserve the right to block accounts. FRQTAL aims to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all its users and reserves the right to take necessary measures to ensure this.
