Password recovery

To recover your password, click on the corresponding button that says "recover password" and an email will be sent to you. Remember to enter the email that is registered in the application. You will receive a PIN number that you must enter in the app on the screen that has a numeric keyboard.

Once you enter the number, you can change your password. Remember to use capital letters and numbers to ensure the security of your password. It is important to remember to save your new password in a safe place so that you do not lose it in the future.
