There are two ways to buy and exchange FRQ: through the app with the native wallet, and with exchanges where FRQ is listed.

The FRQTAL WALLET functions as a clearinghouse or internal exchange, acting as a payer in Mexican digital asset XFRQ transactions.

FIAT TO CRYPTO RAMPING

The payment reception process in the system's concentrator account is carried out following the following algorithm:

• The user links their credit/debit card to the Stripe service to make the corresponding payment in Mexican pesos (MXN) for the FNFTs or FRQs digital assets they want to buy.

• Stripe deposits the corresponding value in MXN in a bank account owned by FRQTAL NETWORK SAPI de CV, exclusively for users.

• The user receives the purchased assets in their digital wallet incorporated into the application.

• The bank account where payments are received is exclusive for this use, and differs from a second bank account where FRQTAL NETWORK SAPI de CV will cover part of its operations expenses.

• In case of failure in the third-party service Stripe Payment Gateway, contact will be made with the service and provider to report the malfunction and safeguard pending transactions.

• Constant monitoring and tracking of the bank account movements is carried out to prevent any anomalies.

• The account where the payment is received is jointly managed by two fully identified collaborators who are responsible for it.

• The platform keeps a record of charges and credits to users, requesting their confirmation and verification for each transaction.

• The platform always keeps a record of each user's purchase and sales history.

• The platform alerts the corresponding authorities about purchases that exceed the threshold defined in current regulations.

• 

CRYPTO TO FIAT RAMPING

To sell their FRQ digital assets, the user links their credit or debit card to the FRQTAL wallet service and makes the corresponding payment from crypto to Mexican pesos (MXN).

• Once the transaction is detected in the application, the FRQ is deposited in the user's wallet and transferred to FRQTAL's wallet.

• Then, FRQTAL buys the assets at market value and delivers the value in FIAT to the user who sold the FRQ.

• It is important to mention that this transaction is a purchase-sale, for which FRQTAL PAYMENTS, the FRQTAL unit responsible for buying and selling currencies, charges a 2.5% ramping commission.

• The platform always keeps a record of each user's purchases and sales. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of the corresponding taxes and their compliance. FRQTAL is not responsible for this matter.

• It is important to mention that FRQTAL PAYMENTS pays the corresponding taxes for this commission.
