This policy applies to your use of FRQTAL and all content on FRQTAL, being an integral part of your agreement with us. It sets forth what is permitted and not permitted on FRQTAL.
In this policy, defined terms have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use for all Users.
Do not use FRQTAL except for your own personal use, and do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account or any content obtained from your use of FRQTAL with anyone else.
Use FRQTAL in a lawful and ethical manner.
Do not upload, submit, display, or post content on FRQTAL that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, or that encourages or promotes violence or any illegal activity.
Do not use FRQTAL in a way that may exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm any individuals under the age of 18, exposing them to inappropriate content, for example.
Do not upload, submit, display, or post content on FRQTAL that:
Involves individuals under the age of 18 without documentation confirming their legal age.
Involves firearms, drugs, self-harm, incest, bestiality, violence, rape, or explicit sexual content without the consent of all parties involved.
Avoid creating the impression that FRQTAL is endorsed or approved by us or by any other entity.
Do not use FRQTAL to harass, stalk, abuse, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
Respect the intellectual property rights of creators and do not reproduce their content without authorization.
Do not provide false information for account registration or make unauthorized use of someone else's information or content.
Do not post spam or inauthentic content that artificially increases views or interactions.
Do not use deceptive means to circumvent this policy.
Do not take actions that negatively affect our systems or interfere with other users' use of FRQTAL.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as the revocation of access to your earnings, according to the terms and conditions of service.

Only use FRQTAL in a manner and for a purpose that is legal.
Do not upload, send, display, or publish Content on FRQTAL that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, or that encourages or promotes violence or any illegal activity.
Do not use FRQTAL in any way that may exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm any person under 18 years of age, such as exposing them to inappropriate Content.
Do not upload, send, display, or publish Content on FRQTAL that:
Depicts, includes, or refers to:
Any individual under 18 years of age (or refers to individuals under 18 years of age in general); or
Any other individual, unless you have written documentation confirming that all individuals shown or included or referred to in your Content are over 18 years of age, and you have written consent from each individual to use their name or images (or both) in the Content;
Depicts, promotes, advertises, or refers to:
Firearms, weapons, or any goods whose sale, possession, or use is subject to prohibitions or restrictions;
Drugs or drug paraphernalia;
Self-harm or suicides;
Incest;
Bestiality;
Violence, rape, lack of consent, hypnosis, intoxication, sexual aggression, torture, sadomasochistic abuse or hard bondage, extreme fisting, or genital mutilation;
Necrophilia;
Material related to urine, scatology, or excrement;
"Revenge porn" (being any sexually explicit material featuring any person who has not given prior, express, and fully informed consent for that material to be taken, captured, or memorized in any way, or to be published and shared on FRQTAL);
Escort services, sex trafficking, or prostitution;
Unsolicited sexual content or unsolicited language that sexually objectifies another User or any other person without consent, or contains false or manipulated sexual content regarding another User or any other person (including "deepfakes");
Content that contains, promotes, advertises, or refers to hate speech (being Content intended to humiliate, dehumanize, exclude, attack, threaten, or incite hatred, fear, or violence against a group or individual based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious illness, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic);
Content that contains or refers to another person's personal or private information or confidential information (e.g., phone numbers, location information, street addresses and GPS coordinates, names, identity documents, email addresses, FRQTAL access credentials, including passwords and security questions, financial information, including bank account and credit card data, biometric data, and medical histories) without the express written consent of that person;
Or:
In the case of publicly nude content, it was recorded or broadcast from a country, state, or province where public nudity is illegal; or
In the case of content with sexual activities, it was recorded or broadcast from a public place where it is reasonably likely that members of the public will see the activities taking place (this does not include outdoor locations where there are no members of the public, such as private property, like a private backyard, or isolated areas in nature where there are no members of the public).
Gives the impression that it originates from or is approved, authorized, or endorsed by us or by any other person or company;
Causes or is calculated to cause annoyance, or anxiety to any other person or that may disturb, embarrass, or cause serious offense to any other person;
Is used or intended to be used to obtain money or other benefit from another person in exchange for the removal of the Content; and/or
Involves or promotes third-party commercial activities or sales, such as contests, giveaways, and other sales promotions, product placements, advertising, or job or employment listings without our express prior consent. Do not use FRQTAL to harass, stalk, abuse, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
Do not use FRQTAL to engage in deceptive conduct or conduct that may mislead or deceive any other user.
Respect the intellectual property rights of Creators, including not recording, reproducing, sharing, publicly communicating, or otherwise distributing their Content without authorization.
Do nothing that violates our rights or the rights of others, including intellectual property rights (examples of which include copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and goodwill), personality rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection rights.
Do not impersonate us, one of our employees, another User, or any other person or company, nor falsely state or imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship between you and us or any other person or company.
Do not provide false information for account registration or make unauthorized use of another person's information or Content.
Do not post or cause to be posted any Content that is spam, intended, or has the effect of artificially increasing views or interactions for any Creator, or is otherwise inauthentic, repetitive, misleading, or of low quality.
Do not use other means or methods (e.g., the use of keywords or signals) to communicate something that infringes this Policy.
Do not reproduce, print, distribute, attempt to download, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, repost, download, store, or transmit any Content, except as permitted by the Terms of Service.
Do not knowingly introduce any virus, Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb, or other material into the Content that is or may be malicious or technologically harmful.
Do not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover or derive the source code of FRQTAL.
Do not use FRQTAL in a way that may adversely affect our systems or security or interfere with the use of FRQTAL by any other user, including their ability to participate in real-time activities through FRQTAL.
Do not use any program, tool, or automated process (such as web crawlers, robots, bots, spiders, and automated scripts) to access FRQTAL or any server, network, or system associated with FRQTAL, or to extract, scrape, collect, harvest, or gather Content or information from FRQTAL.
Do not use the name of FRQTAL, the logo, or any related or similar name, logos, product and service names, designs, or slogans, except in the limited forms expressly permitted in the Terms of Service or with our prior written agreement.
Breach of this policy may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account
